Volvo Oracle

On the site it says: "Remember, at VolvoOracle.com, we’re here for you. So don’t be afraid to contact us, even for all your older Volvo needs. There’s a reason the word oracle is in our name."

I spent about 20 minutes and could not find any way to ask them a question.
They claim to be more knowledgeable than any resource on the web!
I tried a search for Volvo 122 and Volvo 164 on their search function and both came up empty.

Am I missing something here???

I wonder who they are.
