Swap AC System Volvo '91 and '88 Help 200 1991

Hello. I have a running '88 240 (R-12) in need of a new AC condenser. I also have a complete system (converted to R-134)from a '91. What would I have to swap inorder to use the '91 condenser and convert to R134 at the same time? I notice there are some physical differences betweeen the two systems. Thanks,jdl
