Got it!

Thanks Art, that is exactly where I put it.

It was so dead on, that when I went under the dash to slide in the cotter pin, the cable has actually slid right into place and was perfectly aligned.

Regarding the hole, with a Dewalt hole saw it went through in about 4 seconds.

Job done!

Next is under the car.... we'll see when I have a chance for that, as it put the car out of comission.
