ANSWER Should I replace my tail light circut boards? 200 1989

I would use a regular Pencil eraser on the contact points of your existing Circuit boards.
I would also take the bulbs in and out of the sockets a few times on those corner (brakelight) sockets. it will help clean up a little corrosion that may be adding resistance on one side.
Another secret is to not fully screw the socket back into the circuit board. Let the socket tabs touch a 'new' section of the circuit board.
