240 rough idle and acceleration hesitation

Been drinking bourbon, so this will be short and vague.

My 240 has some drivability issues. It idles rough not so great and the engine shakes slightly. I drove it 85 miles today, but the acceleration is horrible. Top speed is about 70 miles an hour. Could my cat be plugged? I really need to floor it for anything to happen, otherwise it stumbles. Loses power on the hills.

Not a fuel issue. Everything is replaced there. Timing off? Distributor messed up?
