Others have pointed out Tasca Volvo at www.tascavolvoparts.com as a source of genuine parts at good price. I've no experience with them, but I think their price is better than IPD (for a genuine Volvo part, at that). Considering the labor involved the common wisdom would be to go with original parts. I would do that, for sure. My experience is limited to suspension parts (strut mounts, bushings),
but they clearly do come in different designs and manufacture; and so far from what I was able to see the original parts did seem to be better made.
