Thanks for your reply. I was pretty sure the pump was shot, but found it odd that it didn't hold any pressure at all. I loosened a fitting on the fuel rail of a 240 in the boneyard that had more pressure than my car has running! Fuel pump it is... If I find a good regulator at the junkyard, I'll swap that out too. (most likely a Bosch one...) I still can't believe how much more expensive that Regina regulator is than the Bosch unit. But a new pump is first.
