I did this on my 1960, which is similar to yours (assuming it's a post-62 model). Start at the rear, working forward, ensuring the ribs are located in the proper sequence. I hope your eBay knock-off has sewn pockets for the ribs. I do have the green book instructions and if you can wait a day or so, I'll send them to you. There's no need to rush the job, because the material can tear!
