The solid mounts for a manual trans car are not interchangeable without modification. But I do hear about an MTC brand mount that is a solid drop in replacement. It looks the same too, not at all like the manual trans motor mounts. The reasoning behind wanting the less expensive solid mounts over the same brand hydraulics is I figure there would be less opportunity for defects in a solid mount. If I "knew" the MTC hydraulics would be ok for about 5 years maybe I would give them a try. Anyone have anything good to say about the MTC hydraulic mounts from eEuroparts?
