Hello,

Did you find all 3 pieces of the centering pin, 2 identical halves and a split pin?

The blueing that you saw, might be the heat treating done to the case during manufacturing.

New PowrLok clutch kits are still available and I have them in stock.

The side gears of your Dana 30 PowrLok are special to Volvo cars with rear drum brakes and are not available and they are different than the Dana 27 side gears and different than the Dana 30 side gears for Volvos with rear disc brakes.

One of my suppliers has claimed the he is having the cross shafts reproduced for the last year, but has not had any available yet.

I suggest that you try to get Timken bearings as they are the original brand.

I have Timken bearing sets in stock as well.
