Yep, that's a rare failure in the middle of the engine mount, have you been doing some off-road or auto-cross?

Oh, by the way, please don't post upside down pictures that seem to defy gravity... headaches you know! :)

ps. Replace the mount before the next oil/filter change... life will be much easier.
