You would be best to get your good dash in hand before you take your car apart... then you can see exactly where the mounting screws and bolts are.

If you have to take the uncracked one out of the donor car... Hmmm.. six of one, half dozen of the other as to which you should pull first... I'd say the one in the donor car. Just be careful not to crack the good one.
