Does anyone have access to torque specs for the following on a 1968 144 with B18B. It has the 6 bolt flywheel.

Looking for flywheel and clutch pressure plate torque specs?

Also, I replaced the rear seal on the OD flange and wondered if there was a torque setting for that nut that holds the flange on.
