What model do you have 940 or 960?
If you have the 6 cyl 960 that job will be expensive and only for a skilled mechanic, not a hack.

If you have a 940 it's a fairly simple job.

Make sure that the bad head has been correctly diagnosed and not just someone's opinion. Both engines have a long life and would rarely need rings or bearings.
even at 200K. If rings and bearing are bad it would probably cheaper by a longshot to install a used engine.
