switches S90-V90

So the window switches on the driver's door are acting up. I can use them to roll down the passenger side rear window. but that switch won't send the window back up. I have to reach over to the door to make that happen.

I've heard about folks here cleaning the contacts in window switches. Can anyone share a step by step of how to do this? starting with how to get the switches out of the door handle. Thanks!
