It's not widely known (yet) but there is a female wire terminal on the fire wall where you can:

1) Apply a +12V jumper from Battery + that will energized a good solenoid (if the Neutral safety switch allows it).
or
2) Use a test light or meter to check for +12V from the ignition switch in Position III (again, depending on a good Neutral Safety Switch connection)
