How to adjust the AMM potentiometer 200 1990

Ok so it is hooked in to the unused terminals but only used for the 740's system. Perhaps then the 016 unit I have is a bit flaky. It definitley runs a tiny bit better with the 007 unit. I will then just put the 016 into ziplock bag and store it in the trunk.
The only other thoughts are related to the cold fuel injector. In our now normal daily weather it would unlikely ever get used. However is it likely to leak due to age? The plug on mine lost the spring clip so it likes to fall off. I have it disconnected and it seems to make no change at all. Thinking of taking the line from the fuel rail off of it and plugging both ends with plugs. Not sure if you can get them from auto parts place or not. I get my hose clamps from lowes as they are much better quality.
