Not sure what you mean by "doesn't have' .... is it defective, or was it not ever factory-installed? It makes a difference in the answer .... 120-130

I'm not sure what you meant by "doesn't have" -- is it defective and not working, or was the car factory-built without one.

Lot's of older cars were designed without needing a brake booster. The hydraulic system's piston areas and pedal-to-master cylinder linkage ratios were designed for this, so not having a booster is a non-issue.

On the other hand, if the car was designed to have one and it's not working right, stopping the car will be very, very difficult because the aforementioned hydraulic system and pedal linkage was designed to have the additional force applied by the vacuum booster.
