I keep a service log of all my cars and my parents cars in Access. Since i use Microsoft Office that includes Access. The note book in the car is a better approach but I can see what I have done on a car that is not in my driveway and There is a running total of what I've spent a place for notes and other stuff. I setup something in access but I like the one I downloaded better and its free to access users.
