If you are neither inclined or equipped to do the repairs yourself, sell it.
Advertise it for 1000obo and see what you can get. At 275,000 miles and problems ranging from a/c to rough running you will take a beating at a garage.
That being said with a little elbow grease and very little dinero you could certainly solve the rough running problem....
