M41 wobble covers 140-160

I have decided to put a M41 I have in my '68 144 instead of the M410 I have. Are there wobble stick covers around for the M41 that are tapped for the reverse and 4th gear switch? I have one for the M410 but it only has the 4th gear hole tapped. The M410 has a reverse switch right on the back of the tranny.

If anyone has one can they ping me off-line?
