Paintless dent repair is one of the fastest growing automotive services available. So, using plastic hammers, small mallets, sticks, rods, spoons, wood blocks and wedges, your hands, or whatever it takes to push dents from the inside out is certainly worth a shot. Try it. The worst that can happen is the paint will break and you'll have to patch it.
