Temp gauge problems 120-130

The thermostat was rated for 178, from IPD, now the cap on the other hand looks right, but haven't measured it, but it's marked 4lbs, will most likely get a new one anyways. I'm just confessed why the gauge and sensor is not marked on the electrical schematic. I have found all my other problems by tracing and following it closely.
