Go with the 205/60/15's, I had them on my old 71 142e and they were not to bad when parking. Just start the car moving and it's fine, I had 215/65/14's and that was a bit much...

I do second the Falken ZE912's, Great performance all season tire. I have them on my 67 220 and a set of ZE512's on my 242, awesome tire. I't a directional tread which helps with parking a bit more than a non directional tire.
