I am more concerned about the logistics of removing the old compressor-can this be done wthout a lift? And also getting the R134 out of the system- what's the best way to release the pressure? Do I just unbolt and remove the old compressor and slap the new one in and charge it up?
My system is R134 so do I need to replace the receiver/dryer and how about O rings- do I need new ones, if so where?
Sorry for all the questions, I have done plenty of work on my bricks but never a compressor replacement.
Thanks
