Are you saying that it is flooding when warmed up? Pulling the fuel relay stops it from getting more until it fires.

As far as I know the pumps have to run to keep it running. So the ECU doesn't know that it's warmed up and make it richer than needed.

Maybe you have the wire to the ECU coolant sensor on the wrong sensor under there?
