My 89/740 has the code of 143. I checked the posted message on this code and it said to change the electronic temp sensor.My question is this the ECT are the temp gage sensor.Has anyone else had this problem.I've check all the wires back to the computer and seems to check out good.I don't see how the ECT can cause a knock sensor code.
