I am guessing radio suppression relay.

On your passenger's shock tower you have two identical black relays. One is for the auxilary fan and the other is the radio suppression relay. Swap them and see if the car starts. If it does remove the covers and reflow the solder joints on the circuit boards. This is a very common problem. Most people carry a spare for it and the fuel injection relay (also known for needing the solder joints reflowed).
