With Regina FI and Rex Ignition, you can forget EGR, which is used only with Bosch systems.

The "Front pipe" (Volvo term) you want is PN 9139285-2. The "internet price" is $170.26 at Tasca Volvo. IMO the extra money is well spent for the pipe's quality and long life expectancy.

P.S. It's a good idea to always include your car's year, to avoid confusion. I traced back to find you had a 1993. Different years - different pipes.
