I hope someone answers this question with more details and options because this is the most frustrating board for posting links and pictures I've ever come across. Unless you're a web developer, you're pretty much limited to posting links that others have to copy and paste. I wish there were a tutorial here how to do this stuff, but there isn't. You can get some hints by searching the board for terms like "html" and maybe glean something from the postings, but it's still a crap shoot.
What I have discovered, though, is that if you have your pictures hosted somewhere like Imagecave.com, the site will give you the various coding for posting in forums, this one requiring HTML. The code I pasted for the image below has "img src=" at the beginning, then the image URL in "" marks and the whole thing is contained in <> angle brackets.

Or you can upload your image to the board here and use the "IMAGE URL" at the bottom left of your editing screen.
Be nice, don't post monster images wider than our screens. Most of us don't have fancy CAD monitors.
