I gave up on using the BB picture post function for multiple reasons: 1: Jarrod deletes them rendering posts useless on occasion; 2: Slicing and dicing the picture down to BB standards significantly reduces resolution, color depth, and is quite honestly a pain in the hind end.

My advice would be to open a flickr account or similar with the other big boys for free. Then if you want to post a pic, simply post the link... kind of like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/8498733@N02/3431392173/

Folks know to highlight the links, do a copy/paste and see the picture. This approach also lets you delete or remove a picture if you decide to... rather than leaving it up to our kind friend Jarrod. No beef on my part with Jarrod, I know storage space is at a premium nowadays.
