Dave,

Thanks for the post. One question. On your carbs(which look sweet) the spring that actuates the butterfly is a torsion spring installed around the pivot bolt on the butterfly lever. On mine, the nearest carb mounting bolt has a washer with a tab that holds a coil spring that attaches to the lever, not a torsion style spring. Is this normal? Is it just a function of mine being a 64 and yours a 68?
