I connected a DVM to the O2 sensor signal wire, ran the wires into the car, and drove around today. I drove about 15 mi city streets, stop and go, sometimes up to 40 MPH.

The DVM showed the voltage alternating between 0 and 1v. Hard to tell with a DVM but it looks normal to me.

Sooo, it looks like I can eliminate the O2 for now as being a problem.
