The bypass valve has brand new guts. Can't buy just the diaphram so dealer stupid price.
The residual pressure test confirmed no leaking injectors or cold start injector. With the ignition off it held 40+ psi for over an hour.
I have anew gasket on the intake. There are no signs/sounds of any exhaust/intake leaks.
The O2 sensor is detecting a rich mixture & trying to compensate hence the steady .15 vdc. Normal should be 0.1 to 0.9 sweeping.
