Congratulations! You have followed the standard American response to a minor problem on a foreign car by replacing it with one of the worst rust buckets Detroit has ever turned out! That V6 is just waiting to pop a timing belt that will result in valves hitting pistons and causing a few K of damage! The 240 has the rare distinction of having a non-interference engine, so if the belt breaks, all you are out is the cost of the belt.
Beyond that, when the dienasty pukes and the spend money light comes on, you are hosed! For your sake, I hope I'm wrong but based on previous experience, you have made a mistake.
