Replaced Odometer. Not actual miles.

Look at the tenth of mile digit. It's red signifying a replaced odometer from the dealer. It probably has low miles but I wouldn't assume it is that low.

There should be a sticker on the side of the driver's door stating at what miles the odom. was replaced. If you add the two together that's the actual miles.
