Finally Fixed It 700

AFTER ALL THAT IT WAS THE TANK PUMP. i REPLACED IT ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO SO i COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! Also when I jumped the pumps I thought I could hear the tank pump through the gas filler hole. It must have been the extra loud main pump bleeding through! So I change the main pump + filter for nothing. Thanks for everyones help.
