Changing the coilovers to something about half the length would help and you'd still need a VERY strong top mount. Will you be using a tubular upper sub frame with a bar between the top mounts? Not much strength in the 2 chassis legs without triangulating them back to the bulkhead.
I'm probably just reading your mind but what are your plans?
