This is a real stretch, but it sounds like an exhaust leak to me.
Really tough to tell though from the video.

You may want to try a little Seafoam - not enough to stall the engine, just enough to make it smoke. It smokes like hell when ingested. I have found a few questionable exhaust leaks with it.
