Whay can't you just substituite a 41 mm or 42 mm & / inch equivelant ( "1&5/8 inch) 3/4 socket with washersfor Part "A" ?
How about a 2&14 or 52mm or more to substitiuite for "B" & "C" ?

BTW, I checked this with my old junk bushing for fit.Any body else try this ?
