And, here is the formula to calc the diameter:

Example 1, 165/82/15 (same as 165R15)

(165 x 0.82 x 2 / 25.4) + 15 = 25.65 inch diameter

Example 2, 175/75/15

(175 x 0.75 x 2 / 25.4 ) + 15 = 25.33 inch diameter
