Has anyone put power steering on a 122 120-130

Volvo made a MANUAL RACK for some of the early '75-'76 240s. This would have to be easier to wheel around than the old 122 steering.The manual and Pwr rack were same dimensions. The old style spindle seems to take the tie rod end on a rack w/ no problem.If you look at the way a Volvo power rack is mounted on a 240 crossmember, they bolt on. With a little machine work on a couple of mounting blocks, spacers to match the early crossmbr, it should bolt up to the front of the old one.The Hot-rodders have a miniscule PS pump that would solve the space problem: they are units off FWD Caddies etc.
You would be working real hard to spend 5 grand to go this route.
And I yhought I was the only one comtemplating this upgrade.
