Are you claiming any bodily injury? If they really piss you off, simply advise them "you know I did end up having some residual soreness after all". They are then legally obligated to open a BI claim for you and set a reserve(I used to be an adjuster). You dont have to go and get all lawyer'd up, just a little "soreness" with no Dr visit's even, is worth 500$ any day of the week to an adjuster looking for indemnification. Not saying its scrupulous, just an option if they really start yanking your chain.
