I looked at the entire belt it seems to be fine. I am at loss for words also. Just before it stopped working the was a loud skreeeeek. I am able to turn the top clog bolt. It is not free wheeling and i feel the engine compression. When the starter is engaged it seems too be faster and the timming belt does not turn. I have rotated the belt many times and it still will not start.
