Based on that, I'd say bolt the flywheel back on and continue with it as a 'learner' engine.. is 92mm the 2.1 overbore? if so, it's really not rebuildable again. Run thicker oil to minimize the puffs...
If oil pressure has been good, I wouldn't even bother taking the rod caps off...
wow... flywheel falling off.. I hate to think what could have happened... a 40lb toothed piece of steel spinning at what? 5000 rpm or more? Coming loose in there? Yikes... good that you shut 'er down!
