High idle after tuneup 200 1986

I'd start by setting the base idle speed, and then see if the rpm increases to 900 when engaging the A/C compressor. When you turn the compressor off, the idle should drop back to 700. Hopefully you have a Bentley Bible to use. chances are that when you cleaned the throttle body, you increased the opening, so the T.B. is seeing more air.
