CIS system 140-160

CIS refers to 'Continuous Injection System', which I have no problem with. My daughters 1979 242 has it and it's fine. However, 'cis' also refers to 'constant idle speed', which adds a bunch of pieces that are just a pain in the butt to fool with and take up a lot of space behind the intake manifold making working on things like flame traps very difficult. I've had it on an 82 242 which I finally got rid of. My only Volvo now is a '73 142 D-jet which has neither CIS or cis.
