Tiny amount of gunk around block/head junction 700

The green color could be due to the presence of copper in the head gasket. Cleaning the external stuff shouldn't cause any new problems. It seems like there is some slight seepage or could it be due to you hosing off the engine? The cylinder heads tend to warp down the middle and usually show no signs of any coolant loss.
