It was a bad CPS. I found a good white band used out of a 740. I also cleaned the fuse panel and replaced some fuses. The old CPS had bare wires and the insulation was so weak that it just fell apart. I knew over a year ago that the part should have been replaced but totally forgot. Its a friends car that I've been helping him with. Trying to save one more volvo from the demise of a scrap yard.
