Found a problem with red wire. 200 1986

Hey OD Guru,
Since it was finally somewhat tolerable to be outside, I decided to dive into this OD situation. The blue wire gets continuity along with 12V. However the Red wire is not getting any voltage or continuity whatsoever. Where do I go from there? Do I trace the red wire? Or do you know what that red wire is for other than for the overdrive? :P
